Ashley Clawson, Women's Basketball

Clawson has been the go to point guard in her career as a Trailblazer. The senior has appeared in 75 career games while notching 71 starts over that span. Clawson enters her third straight year as a captain for the Trailblazers, and looks to lead a senior heavy squad to a chance at a MASCAC championship. 

Clawson averaged 5.0 points per game and 2.8 assists for the Trailblazers last season. As a junior, Clawson scored a career high of 17 points in a win over Lasell College. She tallied a career best eight assists in a win over Becker College.  Clawson has been a leader for the Trailblazers since she began her career.  With a veteran team returning, she has high hopes for success in 2016-17.

Off of the court, she is a biology major with a concentration in allied health. Clawson plans on attending graduate school following her graduation at MCLA.
