Athletics announces staff changes
North Adams, MA- The MCLA Athletics department has announced a pair of staff changes that are effective as of August 1, 2018. The department has promoted Head Baseball coach Mike Gladu to full time status while Men's Soccer coach Adam Hildabrand has added Recruiting Coordinator to his title.
Gladu, who will be entering his fourth season at the helm of the Trailblazers, earned his promotion after leading the program into the conference tournament for the second consecutive season. As part of his full time duties, Gladu will spear head the Trailblazer equipment room in addition to coaching. He will also be the Facilities Coordinator for the department.
For Hildabrand, he will remain as the Intramural Coordinator, but will add the Recruiting Coordinator to his duties. He will assist the department with the tracking of recruits and utilizing the department's front rush database system. Hildabrand previously managed the pool as well, however with the campus center renovation project underway, the admissions duty was added.
Both will begin their new roles upon their return to campus in August.
