Johnson, VT- Northern Vermont University at Lyndon placed five players in double figures as their offense carried them to a 95-88 win over the MCLA Trailblazers men's basketball team this afternoon in the NVU Classic.  Lyndon improves to 2-0 on the season while MCLA dips to 1-1.

NVU Lyndon jumped out to a 55-46 lead at halftime as MCLA struggled to stop the Hornet offense from scoring.  The lead grew to 65-50 early in the second half before MCLA made things interesting.
