Golf finishes fall season after day two of NAC Championships

Waterbury Center, VT- The MCLA Golf team finished up semester play this afternoon with the final round of the 2018 NAC Championships.  The event was hosted by Johnson State and played at the Country Club of Vermont.  Husson University defended their title and will advance to next spring's NCAA Division III Championships as the Eagles held off SUNY Delhi by three shots.

MCLA finished tenth in the event.

Delhi's Daniel Christy claimed the individual championship rallying with a day two score of 73 to post 148 and win the event by two shots.

The Trailblazers were led by Reese Dwyer who improved upon a first round 89 with an 86 to finish in T-30.  Bobby New finished T-46 for MCLA while Hunter Woodbury and Gabe Evans finished 50th and 51st respectively.
