North Adams, MA- MCLA senior outside hitter Allison Clark was named the MASCAC player of the week after an outstanding offensive display.  The league announced the selections this afternoon as Clark takes home the honor after winning multiple times in 2015.

The senior was a force all week long as she averaged 18 kills, 16.5 digs, and hit a solid .326 in a 2-2 week for MCLA.  Clark notched a career high 32 kills in a five set win over William Patterson.  She also collected 22 digs in that match.  She added 18 kills and career best 26 digs in a loss to Anna Maria last Tuesday as well.

In a pair of other non league matches, Clark was in double figures in both kills and digs for the Trailblazers.  She currently leads the team in kills and is second in digs.  Clark leads the conference in hitting percentage and is second in kills.

MCLA is currently 1-1 in the MASCAC and will open up a six match homestand tomorrow night against Sage.  The match will also be the team's "Dig Pink" match.
