Women's Cross Country opens season at UMass-Dartmouth
Dartmouth, MA- The MCLA Women's Cross Country program opened up their fall season this afternoon by competing in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. The Trailblazers finished 34th in the meet. The overall winner of the event was Holy Cross.
Julie Gambill paced MCLA with a time of 21:14 in the 5k race. Hannah Poplawski was the next Trailblazer across the finish line with a time of 23:55.
Domenica Gomez covered the course in 27:57 while Jenna Berg came in with a time of 29:07. Hunter Schrade rounded out the scoring for MCLA.
The Trailblazers will be back in action on October 5th at Keene State.
