McLaughlin enters her first season as the Men's assistant coach.  Previously she served in the same role for the women's program

McLaughlin played four years for the Trailblazers.

The shifty guard from Pittsfield, MA saved her best season for last.  She averaged 12.2 points per game a year ago and 2.3 steals per game.  McLaughlin was second on the team in scoring and led in steals.

She graduated from MCLA with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports and Event Management.
