Jennifer (Maloney) Roosa ’96, Soccer

Jennifer (Maloney) Roosa had a stellar career on the pitch in North Adams.  The three year standout amassed 41 goals in her career and led her team to the regular season championship in 1994.  She held the school record for points in a career up until 2009, and was a two time All New England selection during her first two seasons.  A two time MVP, she also led the MASCAC in scoring as a junior.

She was also made the Dean’s list during her time in North Adams.  She would go on to earn her business degree and continue her education at UMass where she earned her MBA.  She also achieved her teaching degree from sister institution Westfield State University.

She currently resides in Lee, MA with her three children, Hunter, Taggart, and Maguire, along with her husband Jeff.  Roosa is a teacher in the Lee Public school system who is actively involved in coaching, both at the youth and high school level. She enjoys spending time with family and being active outdoors.
