Bio

Dalby received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University (PA) in 2011. While at ESU, Hailey worked with the Warrior’s men’s soccer team as well as clinical work at local high schools, and DIII Muhlenberg College (PA). She was inducted in to the Iota Tau Alpha Athletic Training honors fraternity which recognizes standout Athletic Training students.

Following graduation, she accepted a Graduate Assistantship at The University of West Alabama (AL) to complete her Master’s Degree in 2013. Dalby provided coverage to the Tiger’s softball and football teams. Working alongside Physicians from Andrew’s Sports Medicine provided her a unique learning opportunity in completing a high volume of post-operative rehabilitations, and other unique clinical experiences. While in Grad school, she also covered football games at local high schools.

Dalby works closely with all of the Trailblazer’s athletic teams. She enjoys the reward and challenge of working with many NCAA DIII athletes. While at MCLA, she has been privileged to see most of our teams through post- season competition. During the 2014-2015 academic year, she received the MCLA Student Affairs division Mountain Lion award for her hard work and dedication. She looks forward to continuing to be a part of the Trailblazer family.

She currently resides in North Adams, MA with her husband Robert and dog, Diesel. In her spare time, she likes doing crossword puzzles, and working out at MCLA’s fitness center. In her two years here, she has come to enjoy the Berkshire Region and its many outdoor opportunities.
