2019 All MASCAC Men's Soccer Team

North Adams, MA- MCLA freshman defender David Jamina (Lowell, MA) has been named a first team all conference selection by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletics Conference.  Jamina is the only Trailblazer selected in 2019.

Jamina was outstanding all season for MCLA.  He started all 17 games for the Trailblazers and anchored the back line for head coach Adam Hildabrand.  Jamina was the center piece of the defense as the Trailblazers had a revamped back line in 2019 along with a new goalkeeper.  Jamina also scored a goal in the season opener against St. Joseph (CT).

For the second straight season, Framingham State's Bryce Nardizzi has been named MASCAC Offensive Player of the Year while Salem State's Patrick Filetti was voted Defensive Player of the Year. The duo headlines the 2019 All-Conference Team as voted on by the coaches from around the league.

Alexander Loyd of Fitchburg State is the 2019 MASCAC Rookie of the Year after leading the conference in goals.  After leading his team to a share of the 2019 MASCAC Regular Season title and the second seed in the tournament, Matt Correia was named the 2019 Champion's Choice Men's Soccer Coach of the Year by his peers.

Joining Nardizzi, Filetti and Loyd on the 2019 MASCAC First Team is Framingham State's Gustavo Cassemiro, Steve Goll Kankam and Isaac De Souza, MCLA's David Jamina, Salem State's Lucas Amaral and Christopher Jimenez, Westfield State's Jabari Smith and Worcester State's Laszlo Dorogi.
