Women's Tennis Schedule features more NAC competition in 2018
North Adams, MA- The MCLA Women's Tennis schedule has been released and the Trailblazers are set for a 13 match fall campaign. MCLA opens their schedule with a pair of games in the new look NAC on September 1st and 2nd.
The NAC, which has lost perennial heavyweights Colby Sawyer and Castleton, has added Lesley in 2018. MCLA will open the first two days of September on the road against Northern Vermont-Johnson and Northern Vermont-Lyndon in NAC action. The conference will feature a double round robin schedule this year.
MCLA begins a four match homestand at the Zavattaro complex on the sixth when they host Worcester State in non league action. The Trailblazers get back to NAC action on the weekend hosting Thomas and Husson on the 8th and 9th. They wrap up the homestand with another non league tilt against Sage on the 12th.
MCLA then hits the road for four straight tilts beginning with a NAC match at Lesley on the 15th. They will challenge Salem State in non league play on the 16th. After a week off, MCLA heads to Maine for a rematch with Husson and Thomas on the 22nd and 23rd. The Trailblazers then return to North Adams on the 26th when they host NVU-Johnson. A road trip to St. Joseph (CT) the following day precedes the season finale on October 2nd at home against NVU-Lyndon.
The NAC tournament will be played the following weekend on October 6th.
