Laga has 16 digs in 3-0 non league win over Cobleskill

Cobleskill, NY- The MCLA Volleyball team cruised past Cobleskill tonight 3-0 in non conference action.  With the win, the Trailblazers are now a game over .500 at 14-13 heading into the regular season finale Saturday at Bridgewater State.

The Fighting Tigers drop to 9-18 on the season.

Allison Clark paced the Trailblazers with 12 kills and 13 digs for a double double.  Maggie Allen, Casey Malzahn, and Bri O'Rourke each added 4 kills for MCLA.  Tessa Sestito added 8 assists while Beatrice Lechler chipped in with 7.

Michelle Laga had a game best 16 digs in the win as well.

MCLA will travel to Bridgewater for a key MASCAC matchup on Saturday.  The Trailblazers have clinched a postseason berth but will await seeding after the match is completed.
