Golf competes at the Brett Williamson Invitational
Westfield, MA- MCLA participated today in the Brett Williamson Invitational hosted by Westfield State University at the Teoka Country Club.
Eastern Connecticut State University took the team title with a combined score of 303 (19-over) edging out NVU-Johnson by 4 strokes. MCLA finished 11th.
Eastern Connecticut's junior Ashton Lewis (Fairfield, CT) would shoot a tournament record 2 under par 69 and walk away with the individual title. MCLA junior Paul Roeder (Pittsfield, MA) would lead the way for the Trailblazers finishing tied for 19th shooting an 81.
MCLA will conclude its season at Shennecossett Country Club in Groton, Connecticut on Sunday October 2nd and Monday October 3rd at the MASCAC Championships hosted by Mitchell College.
