Men’s Cross Country competes at James Earley Invitational

Westfield, MA- The MCLA Men's Cross-Country team competed at the James Earley Invitational at Stanley Park hosted by Westfield State University.
RPI would win the team competition with 45 points and a combined time of 2:09:39.97. Connecticut College would place second with 100 points and a time of 2:12:04.66 and Springfield College would take third with 102 points and a total time of 2:12:34.7. MCLA would finish 24th.
Connecticut College senior Jeffrey Love would take the individual title a time of 24:55.68 just edging out Roger Williams first year Nathan Tassey by less than a second (25:56:13. Springfield junior Christopher Vayda would take third place with a time of 25:33.45.
MCLA junior David Babineau (Pittsfield, MA) would lead the wat for the Trailblazers finishing with a time of 30:34.02.
MCLA's next competition will be next Saturday at 11:30am at the WNE Golden Bear Invitational hosted by Western New England University in Springfield.
