Scattergood earns MASCAC player of the week honors
North Adams, MA-- MCLA senior Reagan Scattergood has been named the MASCAC player of the week after setting a career high in the Trailblazers lone contest this week. She was joined on the weekly honors by Sariah Dyer of Fitchburg State, the conference's rookie of the week.
Scattergood was outstanding in the win over Mount Holyoke. She set a career-high with 14 kills (3.50 per set) in the Trailblazers' 3-1 win over Mount Holyoke College in their only match of the week. She added 11 digs and three aces in the win.
The senior returned to the court after a long absence due to the pandemic. Scattergood earned second team all conference honors back in 2019, the last time MCLA competed.
The Trailblazers are back in action tomorrow when they take on Bay Path at 8pm.
