Why did you choose MCLA?
I chose MCLA because the school is located in Massachusetts, but far enough away from central Massachusetts where I live. I wanted to go far from home, but not out of state.
Why Divsion III?
I'm happy I was able to play division three tennis. I started tennis is middle school l. However, I never as serious about it as I was with other sports. I felt like I was able to learn and get better at tennis during my time at Mcla. Division three is a good division for me to have been in because people were competitive but matches were also still winnable.
What would you tell a prospective student athlete?
Get to know you're professor and turn in all your school work. You should have the same work ethic in the classroom as you do at practice. It makes your coach proud when they have an athlete that loves their sport and their school work. If you get good grades you might get recognized as well and that's always cool.
