Anna Maria College Sink Men’s Basketball 99-76
PAXTON, Mass. – The MCLA Men's Basketball team dropped a non-conference contest against Anna Maria College 99-76 this evening at the Fuller Activities Center. Anna Maria improved to 5-7 with the win, and the Trailblazers dropped to 5-6. MCLA's Dylan Morris-Gray finished with 24 points to lead all scorers, while the AMCATS had four players in double-digits.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Anna Maria had a solid first half, shooting 56.3% (18-32) from the field and an even 60% (9-15) from beyond the three-point line. Meanwhile, MCLA struggled, shooting only 36.1% (13-36) from the field and trailed at halftime 50-34.
- Interestingly, the Trailblazers matched their first-half 13-36 performance from the field with another 13-36 shooting performance in the second half. In the second half, MCLA was aided by a 13-18 performance from the free throw line after only getting two free throw attempts in the first half.
- The Trailblazers' Dylan Morris-Gray led all scorers with 24 points, three rebounds, and two assists.
- Quentin Gittens continued his hot play, finishing with his third double-double in his last four games. This evening was a 14-point, 11-rebound effort, with 10 of his 14 points coming in the second half.
- Off the bench for MCLA, Jake Bluestein scored nine points in only 15 minutes and tied with JoJo Garcia for a team-high two steals.
- The AMCATS had a quartet of double-digit scorers, led by 22 points by Ray Carter Jr. and Jayden Dickerson. Jopaul Mckreith scored 16, while Gabe Armstead added 14.
