Senior Day- Andrew Nygard (Men's Tennis)

Today's profile is on MCLA Men's Tennis player Andrew Nygard.

Nygard began his senior season with a pair of points in MCLA's lone match of 2020. Nygard was returning to the program this season after competing in the 2017 season. He was a regular in the lineup that season and was poised for more success in 2020.

The South Glens Falls High School product also competed in the Men's Soccer program at MCLA. He has studied Business Management while competing in both sports.

What do you miss the most about competing this Spring?: Everything, I loved playing tennis, the people, the sport. We're going to win a lot this year

What advice would you give other students in your program?: Work hard

What are your plans after graduation?: To find a job that I was prepared to do with the degree I acquired

Favorite memory being involved in MCLA Athletics: The sports teams. Just always being with each other

Favorite professor and class at MCLA, elaborate why: Chemistry of CSI with Rob Harris. He's a great guy and also gave me help when I needed it
