Men's Cross-Country Finishes 11th at WNEC Invitational

The MCLA Men's Cross-Country team finished 11th in the 16 team field at The Western New England Invitational Saturday.

This was the largest meet in the 12-year history of the event with 16 teams and 177 runners competing on the 8,000-meter campus course.

Anthony Cancilla finished 33rd with a time of 28:38.03 and was tops for MCLA. David Eve finished 64th with a time of 29:46.91 and Keith Desilets was the third runner across for MCLA with a time of 30:51.

WPI captured the team title with 45 points after having three runners finish in the top seven.

NEC sophomore Antoine Gisore (Concord, NH) was the individual champion in 26:08.47.
