Softball Team MVP's
WOMEN’S SOFTBALL MVP
The MVP Award for Softball is awarded to that player who in the eyes of the team: contributes greatly to team cohesiveness (leadership); exemplifies a constant effort to earn a victory (effort); gives 100% both offensively and defensively (skill); and offers an undue amount of spirit and concern for the team and the college (enthusiasm). This player should also display the utmost integrity on and off the field towards opponents, officials, spectators, coaches, and teammates (respect for the sport). These qualities combine to create the most important aspect for selecting the MVP – that of dedication. All of the above with the concentration on dedication serve to describe the attributes of the MVP for Varsity Softball.
