Trailblazer Women second at St. Joseph (CT) Invitational

West Hartford, CT- The MCLA Women's Cross Country team finished second overall in the St. Joseph (CT) invitational this morning in West Hartford, CT. The Trailblazers had runners finish 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively, led by Danielle Sylvester.

Framingham State won the team competition, while the Rams' Elana Cox took individual honors.

Sylvester covered the 5k course in 22:34 for her strong finish. Teammate Claire Simmons finished fifth, topping out at 24:03. Monica Conlin was right behind her, finishing in 24:12.

Martha Pratt, Katie Johnson, Jessica Gamari, Brittany Galipeau, Alyse Pierce, Macy Frederickson, and Abbey O'Brien also competed for MCLA.
