Wright paces MCLA at MASCAC Championships

Fitchburg, MA- The MCLA Women's Cross Country team finished in 7th place this afternoon in the 2016 MASCAC Championships.  Trailblazer Kaitlin Wright was the top finisher for MCLA ending in 39th place.  Westfield State took home the team championship.

Wright ran the 5k race in a time of 24:27 for her 39th place finish.  Next across for MCLA was Jordan Degaetano and Annie Gagnon in 41st and 42nd place respectively.

Rounding out the Trailblazer runners were Julia Coughlin, Kaitlin Gevry, and Hanna Schrade.

MCLA is off next week and will wrap their schedule on November 12th at the NCAA New England meet.
