MCLA holds annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebration
North Adams, MA- The MCLA Athletics department held their annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebration on Saturday. The celebration is open for girls and covers a variety of different sports.
Throughout the day, the girls were treated to various clinics. The MCLA women's basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, and tennis programs all pitched in with clinics for the youngsters. Following the clinics, the girls were special guests of the Basketball team as they took on Springfield College.
After the game, the girls participated in an autograph session with the team before wrapping up festivites for the day. Over 25 girls participated in the annual event that was deemed a success.
