Faculty Mentoring Program
The MCLA Athletics department and the Faculty Athletics Representative (F.A.R.) have partnered to form a Faculty Mentoring Program. The program is intended to enhance the relationship between the Faculty and the student-athletes.

Faculty Mentor Role:
1) To support the academic development of the student athlete
2) To promote understanding and communication between faculty and student-athletes
3) Provide coaches an additional resource to help advise student athletes
4) Informally interact with student-athletes and coaches
5) Facilitate student athlete and professor interactions
6) Meet with prospective student athletes during visits
7) Attend practices and games
8) Be a supportive Fan
