Greenberg Earns Another Honor
The honors and awards continue to roll in for junior center Jon Greenberg. Greenberg was named a First-Team All-American Center by the national publication Jewish Sports Review. Greenberg was named in the small college division. This division includes NCAA Division 2, NCAA Division 3 and NAIA Divisions 1 and 2. Greenberg averaged nearly 18 points per game and over 12 rebounds per game this season, as MCLA finished the season 9-16 and made an appearance in the MASCAC playoffs.
Senior guard Jon Scheyer of Duke University was the headliner on the NCAA D1 All-America team.
