Bator collects NAC rookie of the week honors

North Adams, MA- MCLA first year golfer Nick Bator was selected as the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) rookie of the week the conference announced this afternoon.  Bator joins teammates Matt Lawrence and Quinn McCormick as recipients of the honor.

Bator paced the Trailblazers last week in the Westfield State Invitational.  The lefty fired an 80 on the Tekoa Country Club layout which included a solid 38 on the front nine.  Bator's round helped lead the Trailblazers to a sixth place finish out of 17 teams in the event.

The Trailblazers are off until Sunday afternoon when they host Sage College in a match to be played at Berkshire Hills Country Club in Pittsfield at 1pm.
