Men’s Soccer Can’t Hold Off Mass Maritime, Draw 3-3

North Adams, Mass.— The MCLA Men's Soccer team had three different goal scorers and twice held two-goal leads but couldn't hold off a gritty Mass Maritime squad led by Brody Calvert who scored twice in the second half to secure a 3-3 draw for the visitors.

- MCLA's Reynaldo Castro broke a scoreless tie in the 21st minute with a free kick laser from the edge of the box that found the top left corner of the net.
- Traizen Griffith made it 2-0 MCLA in the 40th minute with his first career goal.
- Mass Maritime's Luke Twomley put the Bucs on the board just before the half to cut the deficit to 2-1.
- Jacob Malburg sent in Ethan Smith in all alone for his first career goal in the 57th minute to increase the Trailblazer lead to 3-1.
- Brody Calvert scored in the 58th and 71st minutes to tie the game at 3-3.
- It appeared late that an MCLA header might give the Trailblazers the win, but it was waived off.
