MCLA Tennis falls in regular season finale vs. Lyndon State 6-3
North Adams, MA- The MCLA Trailblazers fell to NAC foe Lyndon State 6-3 this afternoon in the regular season finale for both clubs. MCLA finishes the regular season at 1-9 overall, while the Hornets improve to 5-8.
MCLA dropped two of three doubles matches as Taylor Krowitz and Daniel Nesti earned a hard fought point outlasting the duo of Michael Howard and John Corey by a score of 9-7. Lyndon cruised in the other two matches to grab an early 2-1 lead heading into singles play.
Krowitz earned his second point of the afternoon in the second slot, defeating Tyler Schofield in straight sets 6-4, 6-4. Mitch Mabardy was the only other winner for MCLA defeating Corey 6-0, 6-3 in the third singles match.
Lyndon recieved a pair of points from Daniel Weiner, Michael Desmond, and Chas Legge.
