Gamble has solid showing at MASCAC Championships

Worcester, MA- The MCLA Men's Cross Country team finished in sixth place at the MASCAC Championships held this afternoon at Worcester State University.  Trailblazer Christopher Gamble continued to lead MCLA finishing in 17th place among the field.

Fitchburg State won the team championship, while Westfield's Mike Skelly was the individual champion.

Gamble covered the 8k course in 28:45 for his finish.  He was just 40 seconds out of cracking the top ten in the race.

Avery Woodbury and Adam Sleezer were next across the line for MCLA while Drew Weisse and Ryan McMahon also competed.

MCLA will next run in the ECAC Championships held next weekend.
