MCLA drops tough match to Johnson State

The MCLA Women's Tennis team fell to Johnson State college by a score of 5-4 on Sunday.  Each of the matches were played in pro sets (games to 8).   

MCLA was led by sophomore Carrie Richards (Ludlow, MA) who earned two victories, one at the number 3 singles slot and another in a doubles match with freshman Katherine Marchand (Quincy, MA).  Senior Kristin Banks (Norton, MA) and freshman Emily Minns (Gardner, MA) also earned points for the Trailblazers.

MCLA is back on the courts on Wednesday for the home opener against Bay Path.
