Volleyball falls in four sets at Elms

Chicopee, MA- The MCLA Trailblazer Volleyball team dropped a four set match to Elms College this evening in Chicopee.  With the setback, MCLA is now 4-13 while Elms improves to 2-14 on the season.

The Trailblazers dropped the first two sets before rallying to take the third.  MCLA couldn't keep pace though, dropping the fourth and final set 25-22.

Julia Christian led MCLA with 16 Kills and 15 Digs in the losing effort.   Angelica Perfido chipped in with 11 kills and 15 digs.

Brittany Kish continued her strong play collecting 32 assists and 10 Digs.  Kelley Bryant had a strong defensive effort with a team high 32 digs.

MCLA is back in action on Saturday when they host a tri match with Johnson State and Bard College beginning at Noon.
