Women's Cross Country compete in MASCAC Championships
2013 MASCAC Women's Cross Country results
Portland, ME- The MCLA Women's Cross Country team traveled to the University of Southern Maine to compete in the 2013 MASCAC Championships. The Trailblazers finished in 7th place in the meet won by the Westfield State Owls.
Martha Pratt was the top finisher for MCLA finishing in 23rd place with a time of 22:11. She was followed across the finish line by Monica Conlin, who finished in a time of 22:28, good enough for 28th.
Danielle Sylvester was in 35th place while Claire Simmons finished in 38th.
Westfield won the competition with 34 points while Bridgewater State was second with 44. Worcester, Fitchburg, Salem, and Framingham were next followed by MCLA. Mass. Maritime was 8th.
Krysta Zbikowski of Bridgewater won the race.
