The goaltender made an immediate impact during his time in North Adams as he appeared in 15 games as a freshman.  He would go on to play in 82 games and capped off a remarkable senior season in which he stopped a whopping 846 shots!

He won a career best 14 games that season and led his team to the ECAC Championship Game against top ranked Norwich.  After his senior season, Kiernan was selected to play in the ECAC Division III All Star Game.

Following his collegiate career, he signed a minor league contract with the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies.  After wrapping up his playing career, Kiernan landed a position at NBC News in Washington, DC.  There, he has spent the last 15 years as an Engineer and has worked at locations including the State Department, the Capital, the Pentagon, and the White House.

He currently resides in Bethesda, MD alongside his wife Andrea and their son Carson.
